After the leadership meeting last Monday, Troop 3000 will be implementing a new system! Every month, a different patrol will handle the flag ceremony, room set up, room clean up, and coordinating with the merit badge counselors for that month to see if they need a specific room layout or any assistants. The patrol's responsible for ensuring this gets done at every meeting! If there aren't any members from your patrol at the meeting, it is up to the patrol to find volunteers from other patrols. Starting from this month, these are the months that each patrol is responsible for:
July: Niffler
August: Phoenix
September: Lightning Bolts
October: Dragons
November: Niffler
December: Phoenix
January: Lightning Bolts
